I bet there are still a few eyes watching Franklin. I don't think we need any big boys to push the stock back up over 4. All we need is some significant news. Maybe Franklin has some type of plan regarding news and the Nasdaq listing? Maybe they have been saving a string of news specifically for the purpose of getting listed? On any significant news, I bet you will see many of the investors that used to be here return from what they thought was greener pastures. I think the news of a conditional listing is fantastic and I don't think its old news at all as others do.
