Michael,

Lawyers would pay a handsome price for tools which help them become more efficient. Considering how comparatively inexpensive DM is to other software apps, price would be a very small factor if the features/functions were there. You would be amazed at what lawyers pay for specialized time accounting and billing systems. The user interface and training factors would be high on the priority list, IMO.

Michael, Isn't this the classic skim and penetrate game? Hasn't Docs already taken care of the big money installs? This new (?) product fits well with a bent towards Docs/Legal nearing the top of it's S-curve.

Remember, a cheap price builds revenue, low margins go to bottom line. FWIW. nf
