Pardon a question from a novice: Is it too late to buy CIEN in anticipation of getting the extra TLAB shares?

Thanks very much,

Jill M

craig (fellow shareholder) crawford, guess this means I won't have to keep lurking on two threads :)
Also presume this puts to rest which is the superior investment argument that you and I have batted back and forth, not to mention whether LU was one-upping CIEN in DWDM. Amazing what $7 billion will do! Best regards, Mike Doyle

craig Now that the deal is almost done <g>, is the new company a potential target for cisco or lucent? Maybe a dumb question? John
PS Just lifted this off csco thread.

TLAB ceo has said that no buyout would be considered and indeed would
be fought.
