Interesting.... So now two of Riley's stocks have been the target of an SEC investigation?? Did he tell you if the subpoena required him to provide all financial records, and copies of electronic email wherein he has discussed EITHER TVSI or RMIL?? Is he set to be disposed(or has been already)? IOW, does the Subpoena request ANY information related to his activities in RMIL/OVIS?? And why is it that the SEC was so interested in a .30/share stock like TVIS in the first place?? Doesn't seem to be worth their time, does it?? Regards, Ron
