No Ron, read what is there, not what you imagine to be there. * Steve Cayou informed me that the SEC was investigating the RUN-UP to $.30, not TVSI, not Steve Cayou. Riley was vindicated. The focus became the MM's , one in particular. Furthermore, shortsellers can complain relentlessly to stimulate SEC action, nothing new. More interesting is how shortsellers and naysayers exploit that by posting the SEC is investigating TVSI, which Steve Cayou said it wasn't, which was what the SEC told Riley too...I guess you & tonto know better tho', huh?
