Wes and Others: As you can imagine I am buried. I get to the office at 6:30am and I get home at 7:30 -8:00 and am on the phone to 11:30-12 midnight. Select Switch has a $200,000 p/u budget. Airstar can take $125,000 and what ever excess he can grab. IWIC, Topnet, Maradyne have paid expenses and put funds into Airstar and have signed notes. My son and myself tried to get the majority of the note turned into equity - but Vig-liar-olo would not let the Board do this. Wes, I do not know how much was paid for legal, but the year-end report would imply $600,000. Vig-liar-olo has nobody now that will yell at him. When he does what he thinks is fair for Vig-liar-olo. In summation...No Audit on Joey. Wes, I just found Board minutes where Vig-liar-olo got the board to give him a $100,000 in stock and a three-year contract with a cost of living increase. This is your star! Credit cards I have no clue about for this year, but I do have a copy of last year which I am turning over to legal. As I have been telling you, I don't run this company - the only thing I know is what Vig-liar-olo told me. Well Wes, if Dennis Casy wants his prize, then the only way is to take Airstar and the shareholders with it. You don't need the V-boys. Airstar needs cash and it needs to beef up the mgmt with Dennis and a board as I have said before. In the end, you have to wonder how may soldiers will be turned on, say in the next sixty days. I am telling you all that ASTG is a racing car revving up it's engine and ready to take off when the light turns green!
