Joe & All: I have cooled down since last night after reading the 10Q. If any shareholders want to get a clearer picture they should call the company and speak to Dal Grauer. As I understand it, Management also believes that Dennis Casey no longer wants to split off from Airstar. The litigation matters, although aggravating, are being resolved. The default judgment has been set aside and the matter sent to arbitration. One good thing did come from it. Because the Court Ordered that it be done, the company name was changed from Xecom to Airstar Technologies, Inc. and the Nevada Corporations Commission accepted that reason and waived a shareholders meeting to make the change. It was a screw up they agree and should not have happened, but at least that's acknowledged. And, since finally we got the name changed it's a little silver lining. go airstar. Wes
