**Response from Joe Lanza**

Wes,

Ohh, what a surprise! Casey isn't going to pay 68 m for the company to meet Joe V's projected 15 m in cash. Surprise! Casey does not want lose his baby. He could not climb the Mt. Joe V gave him. He will sit back now, and we can't handle any more status quo. Laslty, wake up! There was a court order, contempt, jail, and a big fine. He had no choice. Your right, except that this was not a screw up, it was a total lack of responsibility. Two days before he left, I asked about Xecom vs Xecom. He said that the charges and fines were dropped, so it was no big deal. Probably 70,000 in legal, and 100,000 in fines on stuff that shouldn't nave gone to court. No big deal, and I am now out of it.
