Contact Stull Stull & Brody, 1-800-337-4983. They had the latest period for qualification for the class action, covering purchases through October 22, 1997. They sent me a Plaintiff certification; I don't know if they are still collecting those, or if they will wait until the case is resolved, and then locate qualifying class members through shareholder records.

Michael Swick is the lead attorney. Please post here if you learn anything. I haven't spoken with him since 4/14/98, and he didn't say much, other than he thinks they'll be made the lead attorney, and that these things usually take 18 months to settle, or two years to go through a jury.

I am interested if they have any idea how much insurance could be collected, etc. It would be interesting to know if we can receive 1 cent on the dollar, or 2 cents.
