Why not have TRAV publish some research on paper? I mean really get behind this thing, instead of doing the boiler room thing (in my opinion). To be fair, though, TRAV did answer some questions in a balanced way. However, as an underwriter there is no possible way that he can justify being involved from the beginning in a 504 filing. Someone on this rope had asked me to post it. I can't because it's not on EDGAR. It is believe it or not, hand written by Murray himself (you have to go to Disclosure & pay 'em $25 to get a 6 page copy). this type of offering is in no uncertain terms a disservice to investors. There are no requirements to speak of disclosure wise. That is one of the real big issues here.
