Janice, As you probably well know, its a customary business practice for companys that deal with distributor channels to discount their disti sales by either not acknowledging them until the disributor in turn makes a sale or by taking a liability to offset the sale on the books. This would then be adjusted for any credits demanded by the disti for future return of these products or sales at lower than anticipated price levels.

In any case, isn't this particular disti actually an arm of the Cashco corporate entity ? Sort of like selling to yourself ? Why does the phrase "robbing Peter to pay Paul" ring in my mind ?

Well first off Janice, I believe this is nonsense about the order from Zitec. Given the intimate involvement of Zitec in marketing all of CSHK's products, this seems like just a paper transaction. No end user has apparently yet made a commitment to purchase this or any quantity, as far as can be told from the press release.

I think with regard to your reading that the claim that "several other orders are being negotiated" follows from 11th Hour's order, well, this is just Marc's imperfect prose, incorrectly expressing compound statements.

The appearance of the web site may answer some of these questions, when the software is made available. This could well be the reason for the delay though - the software has no clothes, so it is better to not put anything up.

What silliness in blaming the recent weather in the east. The Philadelphia Inquirer while reporting some outages in the area, has not confirmed the widespread damage to the utility infrastructure that would suggest this as a viable excuse. Besides the ONIT.COM site has been continuously available throughout the storm.

I see that the ask has been hanging at 25›'s throughout today. Bruce's buying surge doesn't seem to be moving it to the upside as yet.
