Just spoke to Randy Malinoff in CA.

He really seems to be a straight shooter with a detailed orientated structure. I was impressed with his professionalism and his goals seem to be within reason. I feel he is going to be a great asset to FAMH. Along with the new CEO, new accounting firm, new Law firm, and new water cooler (kidding), I am starting to get my confidence back in this puppy. Although time will tell, I believe we are out of the coma and in stable condition.

Lets go FAMH

Jake

John,
Ira was hired by Firamada to increase shareholder value, and he did accomplish that while he was there. But he did it by frequently releasing information to the public that he knew to be untrue. That would amount to a breech of trust since it ultimately lead to an erosion of shareholder trust, and consequently and erosion of shareholder value.

Thanks, John, for all your hard work.

<<From what I've heard Ira has every reason to sue Firamada.>>

If Ira sues Firamada, I'm suing him to get any money he gets from Firamada. (Regarding the press releases that were blatant lies.)

I don't want to get into a big argument of who deserves all the blame. But, I know Ira, at least, shouldn't profit from his poor job.

Take care,

Lurker
