DES, your financial ignorance is showing. i asked you to find out what an S3 registration statement is before you commented. It merely registers private shares, it has nothing to do with actually selling shares (other than you have to have them registered before they could possibly be sold). Let me make this clear to you. No insiders have sold any shares, nor do they have any plans at this time to do so. Can you understand that? You have once again demonstrated that you do not understand how to read financial documents.

Now, how about talking about TVL, this is the TVL thread. Answer the valid questions i have raised. TVL's refusal to do so only supports the "weak" market price. When all the hype is on, "we will be in the stores in 2 weeks", the price should be rising not floundering at a 50% discount from its yearly high (of a few months ago). Of course,imho it is still too high, that is why i am short the stock.
