The status quo means no more money games no more merger no more anything until the proxy vote it has in effect SHUT CVIA DOWN until we get what we requested and a REAL BOD in there. We are getting the TA now so we can cross reference ALL the stock holdings to make sure they are legit... no fudging Jack and PAT Oh yeah I want the money statements and the Reg S papers MONDAY or we sieze them with court officers Tuesday LMAO I would say this is check mate but the heat is only in the mid range level..
