Ike... I have a friend who just returned from Russia. The situation is totally disastrous for the people. I could detail the living conditions but suffice it to say they are in a world of hurt.
Question: What is future here? What can possibly turn this around? From stories I hear, I do not see a stable economy emerging there. What then? I do not know the scenarios, but how can this go on this way?
