Dream team for the longer term. In the short term I guess the analysts have to try and figure if BCE got away with a great deal. $54,000,000 in cash on 65% of approximately 25,000,000 shares if there is no dilution, represents $3.32 per share in cash, plus a company (EBS) that has less sales than Mpact. The hard part is evaluating what EBS is actually worth.
