brokker: How do you come up with less sales for EBS.

Last 12 months combined sales were 75 million. I thought IFM had 20 million in the last 12 months which would leave EBS with 55 million. As released growth rate going forward is 100% per year for years to come.

Did I read the release wrong.

brokker, by dream team I'm looking at the synergies that'll be woven between Bell, Nortel, CGI and Mpact/Emergis in the years ahead. If there's anyone better equipped than this best-in-class team to build the Canadian networked infrastructure of the future, I'd like to see it.

Jean Monty is a proven master at building teams (witness his turnaround of Nortel) and we are seeing him at his best with the CGI deal and now this one. As a win-win kind of executive, he wouldn't be working for BCE to steal a deal. IMO, that would be short sighted - which he is not.

I'm very confident that Mpact executives (who've been pondering this for days now) see far more value in the Emergis partnership than analysts can.

Fun with numbers
As far as I know Mpacts '97 total revenue was $19.1M with 19.5M outstanding shares(including the most recent 2M private placement). Therfore, $54M/19.1M= $4.25 .Also, Mpact+EBS last years revenue=$75M,indicates EBS revenues are approximately 3xMpact's(19.1M). Total share price= ? But, reading Richard's last post, EBS is worth $400M + $54M for 65% of 19.5M shares=$36.00 !
Richard, where did your last post come from?
