maybe she shouted herself out at the poor Viewtronics guy ......gggg Nah I am busy with some projects and not day trading the indices just trying to buy some TXN puts and they are not cooperating with me A friend of mine was here when I negotiated with Viewsonic He couldnt believe I let them off so easy ...given how they have their guarantee worded and a little edge that I have .... but I said I asked for what I thought was fair and didnt want anymore than that So they gave me a upgraded new monitor instead of the refurbished one they do under their exchange program..which they had to upgrade anyway because they quit making my monitor and couldnt give me a new one of the same model (their newer model is not that much better) and they refunded by 79.95 I paid for this exchange program. that was the part that bothered me because if I had just bought a dell monitor it would have been exchanged with no problem and no additional cost So I am happy...with the exception that the quality control sucks and it should not have flaked out so early after I bought it...
