RBCDS Morning note on June 4th, 1998;

Hummingbird Comm. (HUM) C$41.75
--------------------------------
Following discussions with mgmt. we are revising EPS
estimates for 1998, 1999, and 2000 to US$2.09, US$2.45, and
US$2.87 from US$2.49, US$2.91, and US$3.61. Shrs have
declined over 25% from recent highs on no particularly
negative news. Based on current mkt. conditions, the
competitive landscape, and discussions with mgmt., we
believe shares are attratively priced. BUY with 1 yr. tgt.
of C$60.00.

S.K: The S.I is extremely large. The short volume usually decreases
when we have a true bottom.

What is your interpretation from these levels.?

Thx.
