Barbara, Applications for Nasdaq lsiting do not impose quiet periods on companies. SEC filings, particularly first time filers who have not had any previous filings accepted, such as DGIV, usually do have a Quiet period involved. However, this does not mean that the company can not issue press releases, they can. What they can not do is announce Speculative, forward looking releases, during this period. This would mean that they could not announce tenative contracts, but could announce ones that are signed, sealed and delivered. I am not sure how a LOI or such would be considered. Items of a substantive nature, including expansion fo offices, new personnel, etc is also fine to be announced. It is a fine line between acceptable and unacceptable during a QP, but it is not a blanket statement of no news.
