The conspiracy is tireless in it's harassment of our President: Investors Business Daily NEW CLINTON SCANDAL: The House Banking oversight subcommittee has found that a program intended to help the poor handed out more than $30 million in loans to friends of Bill and Hillary Clinton. A 300-page report detailed alleged favoritism, conflicts of interest and an abuse of the Community Development Financial Institutions Fund. Many of the deals went around the formal selection process to pay groups on whose boards Hillary Clinton sat.
