You are absolutely right. But most companies buy back shares when they have dropped and they think they are a good value. Most companies don't buy them back after their shares have risen 2000% in the past 2 weeks.
I am not trashing the company and think the business they are in will do very well. I am just questioning their strategy and timing. and asking some WHY questions.
