I can think of one other reverse split that worked out very well. How about yours truly - "FTEL". Didn't they do a 1 for 10 reverse split a few years back when the stock was sitting in the 3 cent range? I've only been involved in FTEL since January of 1997 and my current position was purchased in September 1997. I wasn't here at the time of the reverse split but I recall someone discussing it on this board some time back. I've been involved in many normal splits in the past including many trips down "Home Depot Lane". I know what advantages are created when the stock price is decreased as the result of the split but why would a reverse split be detrimental to the share price? I can think of many reasons to steer clear of a $.30 cent stock but I may not have the same bias towards a $3.00 stock. Can someone splain fer me??? Ricky Ricardo
