Jack, Thanks that clears things up a little, though I wonder how the hell they can justify a walk down of the bid ask, with no trades?

At least it makes more sense, for a minute I thought this was Twilight Zone time!<GGGGGGGGGGGG>

3 to 1 in favor of the offer yesterday: 30.5k/offer vs 11k/bid. Though we gained almost 6%, I can't blame the big blocks for it not closing higher. We had one block of 8k trade at the offer and the two 3k trades were also at the offer.
