Financing for what? Rumors of mergers and/or acquisitions is what brought so much interest to this stock in the first place. The company looks like it has a solid base to work from. What people are really waiting for (besides the squeeze if one ever occurs) is merger mania. If we don't get too diluted, that is what should get the stock flying. Also PKGP management, no reverse splits!!!!!!!!! For those ready to jump on me for even stating the dreaded words, I am not starting rumors. Just making a point to the management if they read these threads and want to keep good relations with their shareholders.

Yes, they (ICC) told me the same thing this morning. I tried to find out if the record date would be announced before, or after the date of record. he told me they hadn't had a date as of yet. But as I suspected, he said PKGP would have a date and announce it around June 30th or July 1st. I got the impression that thier will be little news until that time. The man I talked to sounded very confident when he told me that PKGP has solid fundimentals.
I don't expect a profit from a BB stock selling under a dime. But it's possible we could see one in the near future. So I've loaded up big time.
One more thought... every day thier are a number of posts saying, is thier a huge short position? how many millions? is it 30 million? 10 million? etc. No-one knows, which in turn, devalues the stock. But after the name change, the answer will be 0, and everyone will know. This lack of uncertainty will drive the price upwards. And I doubt that anyone will sell right after the 1st. Why? because many won't be able to. Depending on the firm your shares are held in, it could be 1 to 3 weeks before we get the shares back from the TA. So we don't need to worry about a major sell-off after the 1st. More than likely, thier will be stong buying.

Exactly what does "financing was not an issue" mean!!
That's about the umpteenth time I've heard that something "is not an issue". Jim from Topdog used it a couple of times too, including in relation to the convertibles. Where is he now?

Bottom line: financing and convertibles are big issues until they are 100% resolved and that Fact is reported to the shareholders!

Don't get me wrong, I'm long on this stock, but I won't be led blindly to the slaughter. For now I'm satisfied with the upside being so much more significant than the downside, so I'm willing to gamble. BUT, near-term news on these issues is essential for a longer term hold.
