Stockman,

I love the way you get everyone going!

And I hope you are correct and our stock keeps spiraling down like it has for the past year.

John

ps - The chart you must be looking at is upside down :-)

Nonsense-- Bay has never been profitable. Bay only lost
$461 M$ last year. I'm surprised that they have'nt cleaned out their
deadwood yet and handed out pink slips. Checked your mailbox lately ?

Stockman - you said "What happens to bay and Ascend if they hold out on Nortel and Ericson and October 1st comes and Lucent Doesn't call?
Cisco's margins plummets(Bay is still profitable, people keep forgetting this). and Cisco stock tumbles!!!"

Wow - nevermind Cisco's newly announced deal with Sprint. Nevermind that IOS is a big part of the reason that Cisco has such a large share of the market. Nevermind their growing market dominance of networking in general at ALL levels. No, Bay networks is going to drag Cisco down with their wonderful products that the marketplace has responded ever so well to.

I do hope that you are not shorting this stock.
