The private placement is huge for TSIG and it's in the bag.The site will be up by the end of June;watch it.

Other items of concern is the huge debt they carry. How are they going to be able to secure ad space without paying cash in advance?

Two words:

Private Placement

If this stock acts like DGIV did they will be doing their PP at $5 a share instead of $1. After the short squeeze.
