I tried NDB when they first opened but could hardly ever get through. They later added many more 800 lines and cleared up the problem. At the time I was with Q&R but wanted to trade on my PC so I went to E*Trade. Later Q&R started on line trading but I had most of my stock with E*Trade by them. Recently transferred almost everything to ETrade.

Also have an account with Suretrade just for the free real time quotes.
