Mr Grumpman The quesiton is does INFE have the qualified personel to fill all of the supposed positions IBM wants filled. I say they don't. What type of people are posting their resumes? They get 100 resumes a week. What percentage are qualified to do programming, database work, systems Mangement, UNIX support, Network management, Systems Analysis, Technical Support, Field Service. You also need to know where the people are that are qualified vs. where the job needs to be filled. What method of screening and verification are they using to verify the resumes they are getting? Or are they just simply counting all resumes they get as qualified for all jobs? Trump
