Maher, MOT was in a position to be the leader in one of the most important sectors there is. They allowed it to slip through their fingers, and messed up bigtime. MOT has always been a darling of the mutual funds. I think this announcement will be the last straw. I think we see the funds unloading en masse tomorrow, and over the next few weeks. The reason they messed up was (is) MANAGEMENT. Pure and simple. Until MOT gets rid of ALL the main honchos, and brings in compretent talent, this stock will languish. On the other hand, once they bring in new people, the stock WILL recover.

The only person that thinks prince Valid is smart is price Valid him self. Give me a break if you take away CCI out of his portfolio you wouldn't have any real home runs. Prince Valid has invested on Michelle Jackson may be in Arabia they still think Michelle is hot (I guess he dates a lot of young kids?!). Plant Hollywood or News Corp and a lot of his other stocks haven't done anything (I have NWS). Buffett is the man to follow if I would have done my home work right I would have never bought a company with such a management. The only think they have proven is how bunch of goofs can destroy a leading company. MOT is a capital intensive technology company. It's not a value play. How could they sale cell phone when they don't even have it. last year they should have took over QCOM. If they would have done that they might have jumped ERICKY and NOK.A instead they sued QCOM for the look of it's hand set! MOT will be a good buy but not at $49. I would buy MOT if it drops to low $40.
