Hi Michael....

Yep, it might work out *more* than OK.

I know the downtick has been unpleasant, but all the "fence sitters" are now probably out of the stock. Better to have more of the shares in strong hands, and *I* know who the buyers were on the dip.

I still can't believe the market reacted this forcefully to something that was so obviously temporary. Galvin's principal pre-conference call comments were all about digitial cell phones and their third quarter introduction.

I would be very surprised if TFS shares aren't higher today following the MOT conference call. If you have the desire to listen, it is at 8:00 AM (NY time) at: 1 (800) 683-1535.

Seems to me all the hints are already there...even the MOT reorganization has already taken place from our perspective. After all, the LCD buying decisions (as well as allocations) are already centralized.

My own guess is that the "risk" part of owning TFS is already past. The profits for the next 6-12 months should be just like Superman....

..."up, up, and away!"

Have a good evening.
