[bosch]

hi supergekko,

>>didn't Orckit partner with Bosch Telecom? <<

orctf apparently did a joint adsl demonstration with them @ cebit this last march... this is the only connection that i know of...

other joint adsl orctf demos at cebit were with fujitsu, lucent, axcent, and of course.. dt...

after the cebit announcement tried to find info on bosch telecom, but was not able to find enuf to get a sense of their positioning as a telecom supplier.. would think they might fit for an hdsl/adsl partner with orctf for dt as bosch is listed as an adsl access network supplier in the listings of the adsl forum...

are you familiar with bosch telecom?

in typical orctf fashion would not be at all surprised if some type of relationship with bosch may go back a ways tho never found it's way into print... bosch is/was a major user of comstream's CM701 digital satellite modem... which was codeveloped with you-know-who back some time ago...

also remember an earlier post (optimistic) of yours regarding other european adsl tenders out now... an article in the globe's mentioned (besides sweden) germany, france, and italy... would think that would mean news one way or another in the next few months...

seems like orctf has a good shot at dt... maybe's for italy and france?

and would think that the netherlands might be coming up as well?

best wishes
s
