2.7 million to IWIC?!!? WHAT THE HELL FOR?

It should be the other way around, 2.7 million from IWIC to Airstar.

You are really greedy.

Joe,

First of all, all I know about Truher is that he is former management. I AM NOT TRUHER. Sorry. Second, why does Casey have to cover all existing debt, litigation losses, etc? Why not assume liability for those, or a percentage of the liability? As you well know, AirStar has almost ten years to cover said debt. And if revenue growth will be as spectacular as FIG has been promising for the past two years, well then, Casey, JV and we shareholder have ultimately little to worry about. Right, Joe? TJS (Not Truher)

Joe:

Who was the brilliant "consultant" that negotiated, in whole or in part, the contract with Leone that required that he be paid in full even if he did not find sufficient capital for the company?

That "consultant" ought to be sued...or, in all good conscience, pay the damages, in whole or in part, that have been incurred as a result of the Leone contract without a lawsuit.

Oh, what a dreamer I am.
