It's Vaseoline time......again..... What in the hell is it going to take to have ASTG audited? How many more deals will have to be uncovered to make you people realize we have been and are being SHAFTED. Every day its something new, the blame is tossed around from one to the other untill it is smoothed over or forgotten, or replaced with some other new revelation of hidden assets or debts being uncovered. What is so hard about requesting a audit of a company that we(supposedly) own (or did) hell, who know anymore? just the ole thinkers opinion Jack

Wes, Who was the brilliant consultant that negotiated the contract with Leone? Hint: The same genius who hired Joe Vigliarolo and who has been telling shareholders for a year that JV is oh so great and who now says that JV is solely responsible for the company being in the toilet. Any guesses? TJS

How do you make the leap that a consultant, mainly me, would be responsible? Christ, these two heros never did shit, never put up a cross complaint on Leone or Hartman. Leone in Texas, Hartman in IL. They both sued their bogus notes. No counter suit, no defense, guess what happens. Your attorney, it is called judgement time, in the last 6 weeks. Leone won because of no defense, Hartman won because of no defense and Casey would not send what the court asked for. Then Xecom vs. Xecom and the loss which should not have been a law suit, and I am coming off the walls and ceiling. But, I agree Vig-LIAR-olo and Casey, director and attorney, should resign and at least give back all of those freebies they got for doing a shit job. Now let's take this a step further- the move your hero's just made is bringing more problems to the companies. When are you going to wake up? When Vig-LIAR-olo and Casey take the last dime and throw the company away because they're to lazy to handle the lawsuit? Let me tell you Wes, I got a letter that Smith & Uhrs needs more information as we take another hit. So Wes, stop blaming the shepard and go after the wolf. Lanza
