Jack,

When will this company be audited? Good question. Better question: Who would want an audit? Joe Lanza? You gotta be kidding. Joe V? Not now. Not until (if ever) things get straightened out. I think the 10-K will fill in a lot of the blanks, when/if it is ever produced.

I guess a major shareholder could call a meeting and demand an audit. But that has happened so far and I do not hold out much hope for such a messiah to arrive. Right now, we're stuck with JV so let's hope he and Dennis Casey are doing the right thing. We'll find out soon enough. TJS

Jack,

I have from the start told you all that I have put money into this company. What is the surprise? I have been asking for stock; Vig-LIAR-olo has just jacked me around. To get the record straight, you have had an audit, but I think there could be another. You, Wes, and a few others, want to blame me, which is your right of assumption. However, who wrote the check to keep this company alive? Who stood up to Fitzu? Who stood up to Sprint? Who has been keeping you and the others abreast to the best their ability? Who is still here, fighting for his and your investment? "I know, the bad guy." If you gave Airstar cash and stock, and paid the bills for the company, would you want stock as a note? If you have asked for stock and they won't give it, then pay me. You and Wes would, say, keep it as a gift? Yeah, right.

Lanza
