Vlad and others:

Interesting: The market gave back all of the BA gains due to ALA's merger with DIGI...

You'd think there would be at least some small premium for a possible buyout, and to reflect the positive "what if's"... so now, we got our dream come true that was supposed to add stability to WSTL's price- the BA announcement- only to get a new worry the VERY NEXT DAY.

Anyone long WSTL who makes money surely deserves every nickel for their tortured holding of this stock... (I note that the Dow is now up over 100 points, and we just hit $10 on the downside...)

Banking on Supercomm for $11 and change.

Kev

<<- what if 3Com will buy WSTL and incorporate the technology into their X.2 line of modems>>
Why wouldn't 3Com just go to the source (MOT, TI, Orckit, AMD, etc..) for the chips and do their own integration? (What does WSTL bring to the table - they get their chips from others like 3COM and they put systems together - Like 3COM.
