jg, you and others have been around the market far longer than I and I'd like your thoughts on the Nortel buyout rumors that are making the rounds. Last week it was BAY and this week it was ASND.

If you were a CEO negotiating an acquisition, you'd want the acquiree's stock to remain stable, or if the gods be kind, drop. To do that, you'd do everything in your power to keep that particular name out of the press. But, should a couple competitors's names be dropped --- ever so casually --- what would it hurt? It might send them up and the other one. . . ah, yes,. . . down. . .

So if BAY and ASND are red herrings, who's the target?
