Marcos, I've read back a ways and haven't seen anything even slightly defamatory in Mr. Davis' comments. For someone to relate an actual event which occurred is not libelous! Even under your arcane Canadian laws, truth is considered an absolute defense. Even under the worst circumstances one would only have to show that the "sting" of their remarks were on target. I think Phlegming must have got his dingus in a knot. Ought to watch that Phlegm, you'll cut off the circulation to your brain!! Tom
