The only negative I've seen is the possible dilutive financing agreement referred to in a previous post, which guarantees payback of principal and interest before shareholders' dividends are fulfilled. Do you see any downside to this, or am I alarmist? I'm playing it as a pure equity gain, and am not sophisiticated enough to factor in other influences. Do you see any other factors which could impact the current (and hopefully future) gains?
