A while ago somebody had mentioned that for some reason NN is never talked about in a discussion about networkers, and wondered whether the analysts even considered NN a networker. Coincidentally, I was perusing Mike Murphy's book on Tech Stock Investing. He classified Newbridge along with Nortel and Tellabs in the telecomm sector, which is apparently growing at a slower pace than the (data) networking sector with players like csco, coms, bay. Even though it is clear that the divide between telcos and networking is becoming fuzzier by the day, this could be one of the reasons why NN isnt spoken in the same breath with other "n/w" stocks.

P.S: I'm not suggesting the murphy's book as a must-read...i'm merely browsing...
