Aaaarrggg.....Looks like another clarifying news release will be needed. Unbeliavle.

I would like the exercise price to permanently stay at $.50.

Once MIDL closes above $2.50 for 10 consecutive days, they can give 30 days notice that they intend to call in the warrants and if you don't you get $.05. That will get them exercised!!!!!

I've exercised some of my warrants already, but to exercise more I would have to sell the common or warrants shooting us in the foot.

When the price is above $5, I'd only have to sell less than 10% of my warrants to raise the money to exercise the rest, which wouldn't cause too much damage. That or if I can build/save up the needed money slowly over a couple of months I could exercise them slowly. If it goes back up to $1 at the end of this month, I won't be able to do that.

In a couple of months, the conditions for a forced exercise will probably have been met and I'd have the money (or the warrants converted before then).

I talked to Etrade and the person I spoke with told me that we have until the end of June to exercise warrants at $.50. After that the exercise price will be $1.00 until August 2001.

Radman, I am sure MIDL would like the name of that person and get the tapes for their lawyers. The resulting $$$$ from the lawsuit will not hurt MIDL's cash position.
