So much for nice friendly discussion. I think this is the closest you have come to defamation of character and slander. Your deliberate and incorrect insinuation that Rhonda was at the running the company when this happened is so obvious. I hope Rhonda sees this and contacts SI and her lawyers. Clearly taken out of context from the SEC document, and clearly something done until Elliott, who is guilty of these things your attempt to smear Rhonda is unconscionable and ungentlemanly ...since you continue to hide behind an alias. At least be a man, and let her confront her accuser once and for all. (Just wishful thinking on my part...sorry I lost my head.) If a NEWCOMER were to read this post and note the one posted by Janice the inference is obvious. If I were Rhonda, the gloves would be off.
