Given the market perception of ASND in relation to FORE, I think it is a safe bet to assume that Ascend products, in general, are considered to be technologically more advanced. It is also not a secret that they command a higher price than competitor products (just look at ASND's gross margins) The disappointing fact about not winning the Level One contract is that the marketing force could not convince the client that higher purchase price was more than offset by the quality. Mory's comment about losing out on price may be cheered on by optimists, I (as an ASND shareholder) do not really think it is a sign of good management. Regards Alok
