<continues to suggest insiders know not to sell as they did in may>
Aren't 3Com employees subject to a blackout period for buying and selling shares?

Isn't it possible that on occassions an insider
has to sell for some reason or another.
Maybe personal or maybe company specific reason
like use-or-lose. Maybe COMS has a special interest
in somehow wanting it's employees to sell at
dirt cheap price - possibly, it's a way for
COMS to lower employee expenses. (I'm just
guessing here, don't know much about employee
related options payment plans, etc....)

Or on a personal note:
Maybe he's making a loan to his son so he can
afford the down payment on a $1 million house.
You know, all kinds of difficulties in life can
come up.<g>
