Thanks for the additional insight. Your explanation makes complete sense and is appreciated, but it raises another question. Since the state reports would only reflect revenues generated to AGTI for Max Lites through K&B, but not revenues for fixed base equipment through BTC, why the difference? Is it a different reporting mechanism for fixed base equipment, or is it a difference caused by the fact that BTC is also a manufacturer, while K&B (I think) serves a pure distributorship function similar to Trend? Or are these musings just one more example of twisted Hardrockian logic, as Pluvia would say? :o)
