This news on MIND does a few positive things.

It clears up the concern that the I/O relationship may fizzle out. It eliminates a competitor and gives MIND the benefit of I/O's worldwide sales force at no charge. It shows that MIND will continue to increase its lease pool, therefore reinforcing the fact that business is GOOD. And it comes at a good time, just before 1st quarter earnings.

The earnings report due on either the 9th or the 15th, depending on where you read, will be closely watched. Expectations are for weaker earnings (17 or 18 cents vs. year ago 28 cents). If MIND provides a nice upside surprise it could be off to the races. Even if it just matches expectations it should be the first step in restoring a more normal progression of business. Then when the lawsuits are a footnote in history, we will have our great little company back fully on track.

This would be a great buy out candidate...don't you think?
