your puppyness,

wouldn't the pending plethoria of lawsuits filed against MIND hold off any potential suitor? I would think this would be the case at least until the merit of the lawsuits is weighed.

what say you?

Doggie: <<Then when the lawsuits are a footnote in history, we will have our great little company back fully on track.>>

Don't these lawsuits often take years to resolve? Won't it be years until these lawsuits are a "footnote in history"? Are you willing to hold that long until the lawsuits are gone?

<<This would be a great buy out candidate...don't you think?>>

Do these pending lawsuits have any effect on whether or not another company would consider buying them out? I would think so, but MIND has other reasons to be bought out. Your thoughts?
