You and some SUF,s shareholders have strongly implied that the SA Goverment, which includes the most respected world statesman, Mr Nelson Mandela, as well as his cabinet , are supporters of criminal activities. Has it perhaps not crossed your mind, that this very issue, has already been discussed at senior levels, or do you think it is still gathering dust in some Ministers in-tray, while he thinks of some criminal way to subvert the law? I have never in my life heard such a brazen statement. I am ashamed that fellow Canadian shareholders, who have a direct financial interests in SA, could possibly support such a ridiculous notion. I am appalled that SUF, are using this platform in their attempt to pressure the SA Goverment to rule in their favour. Are these the actions of ' model corporate citizens ' that you refer to? I think not. SUF model corporate citizens? Could you please enlighten me as to what social programs they are currently involved with in the Pietersburg district, the area where the Klipspringer project is situated? The Department of Minerals And Energy a ' dirty pool '. If your views on South Africa and their Ministers are such, then I would suggest you invest in some other company not in any way associated with SA. If shareholders are to take any legal action, then I would also suggest that this be directed at SUF executive and not the Minister. Investing in any shares is risky, the returns may either disappoint or elate one. Thats the business of share holding. Would you then suggest that shareholders sue the respective Goverments involved in the recent collapse of the Eastern markets? If you were a sophisticated investor, then you would move your money where there will be an profitable return, and not ' hang in ' for sentiment sake only. This is how one loses money. If you believe in SUF then good for you, but do not confuse investment with nationalism.
