Lurker. I do not believe it is dreaming to think that FAMH may take shares off the table.

The more shares that are issued, obvioulsy the value of the stock goes down. We have mysteriously gone from 48 million shares outstanding some 30 days ago to 70 million two weeks ago.

Stock price has gone from 66› to 20›.

By awarding Arif Adam more stock, the value of the company is being driven down.

I own two companies. I have 75% of the shares in one of them. I fully expect that I will ultimately land up with 10 or 20% of the shares; however that position will be worth far more than the 75% than I own now.

The question for Arif Adam, is, "What is your goal?" "To maintain control of the company, or substantially increase your net worth?"

If it's the latter, I think he might be convinced that destroying a significant number of his shares is the best thing he can do.

LTBFV, Dick
