Sid, I am sorry to say, INTC has so many bodies on this Merced that they get all in each other's way. CYRX beat INTC to the punch with 1/10 of the bodies. It is not the numbers that counts, it is how well they do their job. It is not outside the realm of things possible for S3 to beat INTC to the Merced, it is however, a folly advice, since then S3 will be coming into INTC gun's sights, and in this battle, S3 does not have one chance in 10. Furthermore, S# has absolutely no marketing channels for a "possible" Merced type chip. Zeev
